Signing Documents from PRA

A new way for you to sign ALL documents that come from our office.

From 1st July, 2019 Docusign will be used for ALL documentation that comes from our office for example: Business Activity Statements, Income Tax Returns, ASIC Annual Company Returns etc.

Docusign is secure, instant and can be done anywhere, anytime using any device.

Most Patrick Rowan clients will already be using Docusign.

Here’s what you need to do:

  1. You’ll receive an email from Patrick Rowan & Associates, Admin Team.
  2. Click on Review Document
  3. Sign as required
  4. Click on Finish

All parties are then notified and the document is submitted to Patrick Rowan & Associates and stored electronically for your records.

Please note: If you are using Docusign for first time, you will be asked to choose your unique signature style. This is then stored for the signing of future documents.

It’s that easy!

Docusign means no more snail mail and cutting back on the amount of paper used.

Best of all, you can access, sign and sent documents from your desk, on the road or everywhere in between.
