Patrick Rowan & Associates, Geelong Accountancy Practice is now a XERO Gold Partner.

This means there has been considerable changes ‘back of house’ at our accounting practice.

Our clients will see some changes too:

• Updated formats in Financial Reports
• Updated formats in Engagement Letters
• Updated format for Tax returns and substantiation letters
• New look invoice with the option to pay via Credit card at the click of a button
• Auto reminders on invoices will be sent via email after 14 days

There will be no change now on how clients sign documents, with docusign remaining as our referred method of digital sign off.

If our clients are currently using other software programs, during the course of the year your Accountant will discuss with you any benefits in moving across to a XERO software product.
